Thank you for shopping with Rosemont. We want you to love your Rosemont Lift & Contour Massager. This Returns & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, exchanges and product issues in accordance with applicable South African consumer protection laws.

By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Returns & Cooling-Off Period (Online Purchases)

In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA), customers who purchase products online may have the right to cancel their order within 7 (seven) days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

If you choose to cancel within this period:

  • The product must be returned at your own cost.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals and packaging must be included.

  • The product must be in a resalable condition.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund for the purchase price of the product.

Delivery fees and return shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by law.

2. Hygiene & Beauty Product Returns

Due to the personal nature of skincare and beauty products, including facial massagers, we cannot accept returns of products that:

  • Have been opened or used.

  • Have been removed from sealed hygiene packaging.

  • Show signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration.

  • Cannot be safely resold due to hygiene reasons.

This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all customers.

3. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously. If your Rosemont Lift & Contour Massager arrives:

  • Damaged,

  • Defective,

  • Faulty,

  • Or you received the incorrect product,

Nothing in this policy removes or limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

Where a product has a defect, failure or does not meet required standards, customers may have remedies available under the CPA, including repair, replacement or refund where applicable.

5. Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns simply because a customer has changed their mind after the product has been opened, used, or removed from its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they select the correct product before completing their purchase.

8. Return Shipping

Unless the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied:

  • We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure outlined above.
